Yes, we ship dry goods to both the United States and Canada. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. We do our best to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. Most shipping to Ontario or Quebec takes 1-2 business days while shipping to Vancouver or Alberta might take anywhere from 4-7 business days.
Please keep in mind that the pandemic has made shipping timelines unreliable at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Our most popular carriers are GLS, Canada Post & Canpar.
We do not ship or offer delivery services for our birds at this time. Any bird or live animal purchased from us would have to be picked up at our physical store located at 3561 Lobsinger Line in St. Clements Ontario Canada.

Add products to your cart then click 'checkout' on the cart page. You will be asked for your billing information and have the option to select shipping or curbside pickup.
Once your curbside pickup order has been prepared by our staff you will be sent a follow up email informing you that your order number is ready for pickup.
After your order has been placed you have the option to sign up for SMS alerts at the order status page.
Curbside pickup operating hours will be stated on your ready for pickup email. There is no appointment needed for picking up dry goods. Most curbside pickup orders for in stock dry goods are ready for pickup the same day.
If you are picking up a new bird we will contact you directly when they are ready to go home and direct you to book an appointment.
If you register an account with an email and password your point total will automatically be adjusted every time you make a purchase.
Every dollar spent before taxes and shipping equals one point.
Sign into your account with your email and password. Click the 'rewards widget' (blue bag and heart icon on the bottom right of your screen). Click 'view' on any of your available coupons if applicable. Then click redeem. The discount code will automatically be applied at the checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Any perishable products that have been opened are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If a product you have ordered is out of stock you will be sent an email informing you as such. You will be informed of the current wait / lead time on the product and offered either a substitute or we can refund you for the missing product.
