Walk Up & Curbside Ordering with Pickup FAQ's
Services such as educational bird purchases and in store shopping are available by appointment. Appointments are not required for picking up orders in our convenient, express store.
The express store is open for walk-in shopping during our regular store hours. The express store features a selection of our most popular items for all bird sizes, as well as small pets, dogs, cats, wild birds, and ponds!
Ordering for Store Pickup
How do I order for store pickup?
Add products to your cart, then click the cart icon and select 'Checkout'.
On the checkout page, select the 'Pick up' option, enter your email or log-in to your account, and place your order. Payment can be done via credit card online, e-transfer, or your preferred form of payment at the store. Start your order here!
You do not need an appointment for picking up orders! Just come during regular business hours!
Can I place an order over the phone for pick up?
Yes, absolutely. If you dislike online ordering we can certainly take your order over the phone. Call us during open hours and one of our employees will be more than happy to help! Our phone number is (519) 699-5656, you can also place an order for shipping over the phone, too.
How will I know when my order is ready?
Once your store pick-up order has been prepared by our staff, you will receive a follow up email informing you that your order is ready for pick-up.
After your order has been placed you have the option to sign up for SMS alerts at the order status page if you prefer to receive notification over text and email.

When can I pickup my order?
Curbside pick-up hours will be stated on your ready for pick-up email. You do not need to schedule an appointment to pick up dry goods and products. We do our best to have your order ready for pick-up within a couple hours of placement. If you order product that is out of stock or special order we will almost certainly not have your order ready that same day. Please wait to receive a message regarding your order before coming for pick-up.

If you are picking up a baby bird we will contact you directly when they are ready to go home. When we contact you there will be a link to book an appointment.

Where do I pick up my order?
The pick-up address is 3561 Lobsinger Line St. Clements, ON. We have lots of space to park next to the building, or on the boulevard right out front. Our express store is on the right side of the building if you are looking toward the building from the street. Signs to help direct you are at front of the store. You can enter our express store and an employee will appear to help you.

Do I have to pick my order up the same day?
No, you don't need to get your order the same day you order it. We ask that you please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup notification before attempting to get your order. You are welcome to pick your order up as soon as you would like to once receiving this notification - we do ask that you pick up in a timely manner.

How do I place an order in person at Exotic Wings?
Walk in orders can be placed in our express store. This is located to the right side of the building if you were looking at the store from the road. Our express store features our most popular items. If we don't have what you are looking for a staff member can grab it from the other part of the building.
Can I walk in and buy a bird?
All bird sales are done by appointment. The birds are no longer accessible by the public in an attempt to control as many variables as possible to ensure the healthiest, safest birds possible.
