Please do not book an appointment if you want to visit your bird before it is ready to go! These appointments are for birds that are going home ONLY.
If you have received a notification that your bird is ready to go home, follow these instructions:
Q: How do I book an appointment?
- Choose your appointment date. A highlighted number will appear to show the number of available appointments for the desired date.
- Select a time slot for your selected date. Time slots are highlighted in green and appear below the calendar.
- Confirm your booking time then click "book now". - YOU ARE NOT DONE YET...
- Please access your cart and complete the checkout process to finalize your booking.
- Remember, you can book an appointment and order products for in-store pickup at the same time!
If you have followed these steps correctly your booking, date and timeslot will appear in your cart at checkout. If you have any question about this process please call us at: 519-699-5656.
