Return Authorization Number

All returned items must contain a Return Authorization Number (RMA); to receive your RMA number, please contact us. RMA requests must be made within (24) twenty-four hours of receipt; we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the item(s) have been in your possession for more than (24) twenty-four hours.

Refund Policy

If your item is damaged and you are requesting a refund you must provide us with a picture of the damage before we can issue you a refund.

Arbitration and Applicable Law

The law of the Province of Ontario applies to each sale.

ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE, OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, INTENTIONAL TORT AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) arising from or relating to this Sale Agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this Sale Agreement (including, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not signatories to this Sale Agreement).

Hearings shall be held in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Each party shall bear its own cost of any legal representation, discovery, or research required to complete arbitration.
