Ingredients
Wheat, Safflower seeds, Adzuki beans, White Sunflower seeds, White Sorghum, Buckwheat, Maize, Striped Sunflower seeds*, Red Sorghum, Pumpkin seeds
*Striped Sunflower is good for your bird when sprouted. Much of the fatty oils that make them unrecommended when dry is used to fuel the germination process. When sprouted these seeds are a good source of many nutrients including vitamin E, Selenium, etc.
Feeding Guidelines
Soak seeds for 6-8 hours in clean water.
Drain and rinse thoroughly.
Continue rinsing twice daily until seeds have sprouted/grown to your desired stage.
Seeds are at their most nutritious point when the root has just barely broken the shell.
