Coastal Pet Products is much more than an American manufacturer of pet products. As an industry leader focused on quality first, Coastal has been setting the bar for decades with standards that remain unsurpassed today. With over fifty years of experience behind us, Coastal has always been on the cutting edge of innovation and design.
In 1975 we introduced doubly-ply nylon web that set the standard for the industry, followed quickly in 1977 by the development of a curved buckle design that is now commonplace. Over the years we’ve continued to design in-house proprietary machines to best suit our unique manufacturing processes. Today automation also plays a pivotal role enabling Coastal to quickly and efficiently yield higher quantities of products, especially in nylon and leather. An in-house testing laboratory has allowed us to frequently perform tests on all products to maintain a high level of quality in both materials and workmanship.
As we look to the future we continue to follow trends in style and innovations to stay at the forefront of the pet product industry.

YES! We ship and pack all orders in house & use recycled packing materials!
Shipping costs will apply and are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
We do not add extra fees to our shipping and the rates are purely cost recovery. You pay what we pay.
Most shipping to Ontario or Quebec takes 2 - 3 business days once the order has been processed and packed.
Orders for in stock items are packed same day! Deliveries are picked up Monday - Friday mornings by our couriers.

Yes, we can ship birds seasonally. Typically May 15th - October 30th.
**We will NOT ship birds outside of Canada.**
Weather that day will be factored in as we will not ship birds if the temperature exceeds 25C at any point during travel.
Shipping costs start at $350 via WestJet. Shipping costs are subject to change, and all shipping is at the discretion of Exotic Wings and Pet Things Inc.
