PRE-ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all your desired items to your cart on our website as normal.
- Go to checkout and review your order.
- Select "PICKUP AT LOCATION" as your "DELIVERY METHOD"
- Under "PICKUP LOCATIONS" select "Pre-Order Pickup at: Spring Pet Expo - Apr 3-5, 2026 (Event Ticket Required)" as the pickup location for your order.
- Enter your payment and billing information and checkout.
- We will confirm the pre-order status of your order via your order confirmation email.

The Canadian Pet Expo is an absolute pet friendly family event. Whether your family member is a furry, feathery, or scaley friend, we can’t wait to meet them! We understand that not all pets are socialized in a large community setting, so please be your pets’ best advocate and make sure they are comfortable attending.
We've got your family pet covered!
The CPE offers two dog rest stations onsite, and same day re-entry with a stamp. We also understand that bathroom accidents happen but don’t worry, your VIP bag will have a poop bag to scoop up those accidents and we have a specialized team on-hand to assist clean-up!
Bringing Your Pet To The Expo?
Please download, complete, and print the pet waiver prior to the event.
All pets must be on a 48” non-retractable lead and no greater. May we suggest a stroller or carrier for small pets so they can enjoy the Expo as well?

Adults General Admission (16 to 64) - $22.00
Youth (7-15) & Senior (65+) - $15.00
E-Ticket holders will be given priority admission at the time of entry. Please arrive with your printed ticket or ticket ready and loaded on your device. If you are coming with a family pet, please have your hard copy of the completed pet waiver accompanying your arrival. There will also be copies of the waiver on site.

EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
Our staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they will be pleased to answer your questions! Education is the key to a happy, healthy pet. We can provide education on many topics at the show for all types of animals and live plants, including:
- Toys & Enrichment - Types and suggestions for your bird(s).
- Cages & Housing - What's an appropriate cage for your bird and how to set it up.
- Nutritional Audit - Making sure your feeding the best for your pet.
- Foraging - Ideas & inspiration for your pets(s)
- And more!
Please Note: We will not be answering avian advanced behavioral questions at the event. These types of questions require a lot of time and evaluation of each bird. You can book avian consulting here if you are looking for advanced behavioral support.
BIRD GROOMING AT THE SHOW
Please Note: All birds must arrive in appropriate travel carriers for their appointment. Failure to do will result in refusal of service.
We have been grooming birds for over 30+ years! We have corrected countless malformed beaks and some veterinarians refer their clients to us. Booking your grooming in advance helps us plan for the Christmas Pet Expo, walk-ups will also be welcome but appointments will take priority.

We ask that you show up at your appointment start time to avoid overlap of appointments. If you have a late arrival, we can still groom your birds and will do our best to accommodate you.
SHOPPING AT OUR BOOTH
All of your favourite avian and small animal supplies are available to purchase at our booth. Quantities will be limited, so be sure to place your pre-order to ensure you get all the items you need. Instructions for placing a pre-order can be found near the top of this page.
