• Expert Bird Staff: Talk to our expect bird staff, get recommendations on your favourite bird products and ask all your avian questions!
• Bird Grooming (Appointment Recommended): Get your birds nails & more done at the pet expo! Learn more and book an appointment here!
  
• Shopping: Stock up on your favorite bird supplies! But remember, quantities will be limited at the booth.
• Place a Pre-Order ahead of time for guaranteed selection of your favourite products.

Pre-Order Instructions

• Add all your desired items to your cart as normal.
• Go to checkout and review your order.
• Select "Pickup at Location" as your "Delivery Method".
• Under "Pickup Locations" open the dropdown and confirm you have selected "Pre-Order Pickup At Fall Canadian Pet Expo | Sept 13th-14th - Event Ticket Required as your pickup location for your order.

• Enter your payment and billing information and checkout.

• We will send you two order confirmation emails. One for the order itself and one to confirm the pre-order status of the order. Make sure you are subscribed to our emails to avoid any delays for the second email confirmation.

The Canadian Pet Expo is an absolute pet friendly family event. Whether your family member is a furry, feathery, or scaly friend, we can’t wait to meet them! We understand that not all pets are socialized in a large community setting, so please be your pets’ best advocate and make sure they are comfortable attending.

We've got your family pet covered!

The CPE offers two dog rest stations onsite, and same day re-entry with a stamp. We also understand that bathroom accidents happen but don’t worry, your VIP bag will have a poop bag to scoop up those accidents and we also have a specialized team on-hand to assist clean-up!

Bringing your pet to the Expo?

Please download, complete, and print the pet waiver prior to the event.

All pets must be on a lead that is no greater than 48". We suggest that small pets attend the event in a pet stroller or carrier that is comfortable for them.

Ticket holders will be given priority admission at the time of entry. Please arrive with your printed ticket and if you are coming with a family pet, please have your hard copy of the completed pet waiver accompanying your arrival.
