I just one of these when cleaning bird cage grates to get hard stuck on poop off instead of using multiple damp paper towels. So far I'm happy with the durability of the scrub pad and and haven't noticed any sort of damage or ware to the powder coating on the parts of my cage where I use it. Recommended to anyone who cleans bird cages!
