You can find us at our own booth and we are happy to be offering many services at the event, including bird grooming and in-person shopping. *PLEASE NOTE: Item quantities for in-person shopping will be limited at the booth, submit a pre-order for pickup at our booth to ensure you get all your product needs.* See you soon, and don't forget your ticket!
Instructions for Pre-Orders
- Add items to your cart that you would like to submit for pre-order.
- Proceed to checkout once you have added all desired items.
- Once in checkout, select "SHIPPING OR EVENT PICKUP" as your Delivery Method.
- Select "PICKUP AT SPRING CANADIAN PET EXPO" as the Shipping Method.
Don't change your shipping address, your order will be noted as a pickup at the event. - Click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT" and input your payment information.
Shopping Tip: You can purchase additional items at the booth.
**If the show ends up being canceled all orders placed for pickup at the show will be made available to pickup at Exotic Wings & Pet Things Inc located at 3561 Lobsinger Line in St. Clements, or be given the option to have the order shipped for an additional cost.
The Canadian Pet Expo is an absolute pet friendly family event. Whether your family member is a furry, feathery, or scaly friend, we can’t wait to meet them! We understand that not all pets are socialized in a large community setting. For this reason, the CPE family has various locations throughout the venue where you can “Ask the Trainer” for tips on socializing and other important lessons. All these trainers are on site thanks to our sponsors who support the responsible pet ownership message.
Bringing your pet to the Expo?
Please download, complete, and print the pet waiver prior to the event. All pets must be on a 48” lead and no greater. We suggest that small pets attend the event in a pet stroller or carrier that is comfortable for them.

Passes will be available at the gate. *Save $2 per adult pass with online passes - you can purchase passes online anytime before you enter the show.
Remember to buy passes in order to pick up your pre-order at the show.
Pass holders will be given priority admission at the time of entry. Please arrive with your printed pass and if you are coming with a family pet, please have your hard copy of the completed pet waiver accompanying your arrival. (A French waiver is also available.)
There is no time limit for your daily attendance at the Spring Canadian Pet Expo.
Our staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will be pleased to answer your questions. Education is the key to a happy, healthy pet. We can provide education on many topics at the show for all types of animals and live plants, including:
- Toy types and suggestions;
- Cages, including cage setup;
- Nutritional audit;
- Foraging ideas for birds;
- And more!

All of your favourite avian and small animals supplies are available at our booth. Quantities will be limited, so be sure to place your pre-order to ensure you get all the items you need. Instructions to place pre-orders can be found at the top of this page.

If you have a placed a pre-order, visit our booth with your name or order number and one of our employees can assist you.
If you are bringing your pet bird to the show, you can use the link below to book a spot for grooming. We can groom pet birds of all sizes and demeanors.
- All pets attending the show must sign the pet waiver.
- All birds must arrive at the show in a secure container.
- Medium to large birds (African Greys, Macaws, Amazons, etc.) must arrive each in their own carrier.
- Bird grooming will be done on an appointment basis only. Appointments are free to book; you will pay for your bird's grooming after it has been completed. Please be prompt for your grooming time!
- Exotic Wings is not responsible for any medical conditions that may arise from the grooming of your pet.
We have been grooming birds for over 28 Years! We have corrected many malformed beaks and some veterinarians refer their clients to us.
The Canadian Pet Expo is thrilled to announce the return of Sara Carson and her Super Collies to the Spring CPE! AND joining Sara is the Canine Stars Stunt Dog Show – yes the same performers you saw on America’s Got Talent! Sara and the Canine Stars will be making their Eastern Canada debut at the Spring CPE, and we can’t wait to welcome them to the Expo.

The Canadian Pet Expo is excited to offer activities for your canine friends! There will be 2 lure course, and an Aqua Dogs Dock Diving installation!

The Candian Pet Expo Cat Club presents an 18 ring, Back-to-Back show with a Special Jr Exhibitor ring! From the Abyssinian to the Sphynx, many of the greatest breeds of cats and their giant personalities will be on hand for the weekend. For three (3) full days, cats will be seeking important points in the judging rings, looking for that championship title. It all makes sense that this great cat event is hosted by the World's Best Cat Litter™ and Catit!
Cat Shows 101: What You Need To Know
What are cat shows?: Cat shows are exhibitions where cats are judged by breed standards, health condition, and beauty. As you might know if you're a cat owner or have been in the past, cats have a lot more personality, grace, and agility than they're given credit for in the media. Cat shows are every bit as interesting and exciting as dog shows are - and they're a great way to connect with other owners, learn more about our feline companions, and take home a prize or two.
Can anyone join a cat show?: YES! Both Pedigreed Cats and Household Pets can join in the Cat Show. We want to see your feline friend at one of our shows!

Calling all humans owned by pet birds!
Exotic Wings & Pet Things Inc and the CPE present the 2023 Parade of Parrots, taking place at the Spring Canadian Pet Expo! This participant-driven stage show is your chance to show off your feathered friend(s) while helping to educate future pet bird owners about responsible pet bird companionship! No special skills or tricks are required, all you need is to bring your pet bird (any breed) and be wiling to share what it means to be a responsible bird owner with the audience. Birds can be in small cages, in a carrier, or body harness safely - whatever they are comfortable with - while you parade across the stage, while the MC describes your bird. You are not obligated to speak onstage, but we and the audience would love to hear your perspective on bird ownership.
All ages welcome. Registration is FREE and includes 2 adult admission passes per registrant per day of participation. Remember, for this event to be a success, we need your participation! While the Parade of Parrots is coordinated by Exotic Wings & Pet Things Inc and the CPE, this event is all about you and the special relationship you have with your pet bird.
